Our junior group practitioner Maria Furlong is a member of the Furlong family, who recently starred in RTE’s Ireland’s Fittest Family. The Furlongs came to visit us and set us some challenges – they inspired us to get up and moving, and to build obstacle courses too. Thank you Alan and Kate
