Physical activity:
Swimming stroke races, stretch and travel like you are swimming. Try front crawl, breast stroke, back stroke, butterfly, frog leg kicks – you can lie down on the grass or run around!
Practise Independent skills: practise packing a bag for swimming. What do you need to wear and get dry after?
