Let’s get messy today folks! Today we also have Siobhan’s music session.
In keeping with our relaxing theme from yesterday, we’re going to make messy face masks. (If face masks are not your thing feel free to just get messy!)
Top tip: don’t want to get your clothes messy? A bin liner makes a great messy play apron – just cut holes for your arms and head!
Please be aware of any allergies and adapt your ingredients.
Oats face mask -grind down or squash porridge oats, cooked or raw.
Recommended ingredients to add; a few teaspoons of honey, plain yoghurt, mashed banana or avocado. Choose from what you have and your preferences. Play with changing textures and amounts.
Put it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Spread over your face, leaving the eyes and mouth uncovered. Place slices of cucumber over to sooth closed eyes and relax for 5 minutes before washing off with a face cloth & water.
To make a sugar Scrub: 2-3 cups of sugar, 1 table spoon of olive oil. Rub gently in small circles on your skin, it’s nice for your feet.
During this time think about the 5 senses, what we see, smell, taste, touch and hear.
We’d love to see pictures of your projects to share in our news on Friday – email them in to movillepreschool@live.com
We leave you today with Siobhan’s music session, which we hope you all enjoy.
